Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without giving any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns

All our goods are eligible to be returned under our warranty, provided that all of the below conditions are met:

• The Goods are faulty or were shipped damaged
• Contact us within 3 days after confirming receipt

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for custom signs if the item is not defective or damaged when package is delivered, as each sign is custom made! However, if there is any fault with your sign at all and it was purchased within the warranty period, we will fix it for you completely free of charge.

Please note: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
